We are ICF Credentialed Coaches with strong experiences in coaching, mentoring, training and consulting. Our mission is to transform people for their best with positive impacts on individual, teamwork, organization, society and country.

We transform people by the science of coaching, training and consulting. We study neuroscience and brain functions, neuro-linguistic programming, emotional intelligence, positive psychology together with the power of mind, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC), Gallup® CliftonStrengths Coaching and the fundamental knowledge of Buddhism which ultimately becomes our unique coaching model named
“MindPower® Model”. This powerful model helps evoking their awareness, exploring their self-generated solutions and managing their accountability and responsibility in order to fulfill their lives beyond their expectations.

I pursue on my study in Positive Psychology, Neurosciences and Brain Functions, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Intelligence, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching^® (MGSCC) and Enneagram as well as the fundamental knowledge of Buddhism in order to sharpen my coaching skill for the benefit of my clients.

Right now I am certified by ICF as a PCC Coach (Professional Certified Coach) with more than 2,000 coaching hours. I have an extensive coaching experience in many aspects but specialized in leadership development and business development. My clients are CEOs, leaders and managers as well as business owners from leading organizations in Thailand and overseas.

A group of ACC Coaches (Associate Certified Coach) and PCC Coaches (Professional Certified Coach) have joined me at CoachPlus Academy with strategic movement to provide not only executive coaching services but also coach mentoring, training and consulting for clients in broader areas. We transform people in leadership development, business development, performance development, teamwork effectiveness, employee engagement, emotional management, growth mindset, powerful communication and collaboration.
