There are always two sides of coin. It depends on how we want to view them. Coach KC of CoachPlus Academy inspires me to view situations positively. I learnt that everything around me is controllable by myself. I attended the Executive Coach Certification Program and learnt everything about ICF core coaching competencies, coaching models and coaching technics. Coach KC is very talented in her training and coaching skill. I liked her coaching demonstration in the class very much as it helped me fully understand the whole coaching process and the turning point in unleashing coachee’s mindset and limiting beliefs. I can apply it for coaching myself and my team since then.
